Age Restriction Policy

LoveMate is strictly an 18+ platform. We are deeply committed to child safety and the protection of minors online. This Age Restriction Policy outlines our stance and the measures we take to enforce it.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

If we discover that an individual under the age of 18 is using our platform, their access will be immediately terminated, and their IP address will be permanently banned from our network.

3. Reporting Underage Users

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe environment. If you suspect that a user in any chat room is under the age of 18, you must report them immediately using our Report Abuse tool. Please provide the room name, the user's nickname, and any other relevant context.

4. Parental Controls

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's internet usage. We recommend using parental control software to block access to LoveMate and other adult-oriented platforms on devices used by minors.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

LoveMate complies fully with all applicable laws regarding the protection of minors, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity involving minors.
